Originally released as single-vintage wines, it has evolved into a carefully crafted multi-varietal, multi-vintage blend that reflects Penfolds' enduring winemaking philosophy. Matured in seasoned oak barrels for an average of at least three years, it remains the cornerstone of the Penfolds fortified collection. Rich yet approachable, Club Tawny opens with inviting aromas of caramel, roasted nuts and ripe plum, lifted by a subtle hint of aniseed. The palate is soft and mellow, with sweet plum and currant flavours balanced by fine spirit and fresh acidity. Gentle notes of oak-aged nuttiness add depth, leading to a smooth, generous finish that has made this classic Tawny a favourite for decades.

Steeped in Penfolds history, Grandfather Rare Tawny 20 Year Old traces its origins to 1915, when a cask of the winery's finest Tawny was reserved exclusively for the Penfold family. Today, that legacy lives on through a meticulous solera system, where carefully selected parcels are matured in seasoned oak before being blended to achieve a minimum average age of 20 years, delivering exceptional depth, balance and consistency. Layers of raisin, rich fruitcake, liquorice and roasted walnuts unfold on the nose, revealing remarkable freshness despite its extended maturation. The palate is luxuriously full and rounded, with classic fruitcake flavours, subtle vanillin oak and a seamless richness that lingers long after each sip. A benchmark Australian Tawny, it is a fitting tribute to Penfolds' enduring fortified winemaking heritage.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grape varietal is widely planted across South Australia's premium wine regions, particularly in the Limestone Coast where grapes with tremendous structure and beautiful aromatics are found. Well-regarded since its launch in 2002, the Koonunga Hill Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the merits of multi-regional blending to Penfolds 'House Style'. A bold, full bodied wine displaying lovely aromatics, excellent structure, and great length.

Since its inception, Penfolds Koonunga Hill has always aimed to deliver quality, value and consistency. The original 1976 Koonunga Hill Claret is a legendary wine that is still drinking well today. Koonunga Hill Shiraz joined the range in 2002, a contemporary reflection of Penfolds multi-regional sourcing philosophy. Shiraz from the warmer districts of South Australia is carefully blended, with the Barossa Valley always well represented. Ripe plum, blueberry & sweet spice - undeniably South Australian Shiraz. The palate shows flint, liquorice, smoked meat & paprika. Integrated tannins remind us of the wine's place in the Penfolds family.

Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet is a reflection of the Penfolds winemaking style and philosophy. Sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, the wine is known for its full-flavoured style with excellent Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, firm yet well-rounded structure and balanced oak. Made as a traditional 'Australian blend', the Shiraz component provides fleshy fruit flavour while Cabernet Sauvignon provides a frame of fine grained tannins. Date, boysenberry & sweet cinnamon abound. Pair with grilled meats, lamb chops or charcuterie.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with flavours balanced by fine, textural tannins.

Pepperjack Mid strikes a balance between the art of traditional winemaking that Pepperjack is renowned for, and the science of cutting-edge de-alcoholisation and flavour retention technology. Still bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this mid-strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins.
